The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") is to define the terms and conditions of use of the operai-solutions.com website (hereinafter "the Site"), published by OperAI, a French SASU with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade Register under number 104 353 693, whose registered office is at 17 rue Vasco de Gama, 75015 Paris, France.
1. Purpose
The Site is intended to present OperAI's activities, its positioning, its methodology, and the AI consulting and operationalisation services it offers to its professional clients.
Any use of the Site implies full acceptance of these ToU. If you do not accept the ToU, we kindly ask you to leave the Site.
2. Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible to anyone with an Internet connection. The costs related to that access (equipment, software, connection) remain the sole responsibility of the user.
OperAI strives to ensure the availability of the Site 24/7. However, it reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily suspend access, in particular for maintenance, updates, or in case of force majeure. OperAI may not be held liable for any consequences of such interruption.
3. Use of the Site
Users undertake to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular to:
Not infringe OperAI's intellectual property rights or those of third parties
Not extract, reproduce or reuse the content of the Site, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation

4. Intellectual property
All elements making up the Site — including the overall structure, texts, images, illustrations, photographs, videos, sounds, logos, trademarks and any other element protected by intellectual property law — are the exclusive property of OperAI or of its partners who have granted a licence of use.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content of the Site, by any means whatsoever, without the prior express authorisation of OperAI, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The OperAi trademark and associated logo are the property of OperAI. Any use without authorisation is prohibited.

The Site provides a contact form allowing the user to request a free audit or to get in touch with OperAI. Using this form involves the communication of personal data, processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Communicating inaccurate or deliberately misleading information may result in the request not being processed.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, provided for information purposes. OperAI exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.
The creation of hyperlinks pointing to the Site is authorised, provided it does not harm OperAI's interests or image, does not create confusion as to the origin of the content, and that the source is clearly identified.

OperAI does its utmost to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information published on the Site. However, this information is provided for guidance only and has no contractual value. OperAI cannot guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or service interruptions.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall, failing an amicable settlement, be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of OperAI's registered office, namely the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal des Activités Économiques de Paris).
