Our commitments, your guarantees.

We prefer verifiable commitments to promises: measured results, AI that stays under your control, and a clear framework at every step.

01

Consulting expertise, the precision of AI.

Four commitments that shape every engagement, drawn from a rigorous, consulting-bred approach applied to putting AI into production.

01 The audit at the heart of our method

Rooted in consulting, our approach puts the strategic assessment before any deployment. That is where 80% of an AI project's success is decided: pinpointing the processes where AI creates measurable value, and prioritising use cases by their real business impact.

Serious mapping of existing processes and data avoids the most common pitfalls: appealing but ill-fitting solutions, and POCs that never make it past the production line.

02 A model more efficient than traditional consulting

By embedding AI natively into our own workflows, OperAi sharply reduces its operating costs.

The result: engagements delivered to the same standard as traditional consulting, at a more accessible price and a faster pace.

03 A firm commitment to results

We work in a logic of progressive commitment:

  • sign-off at every key stage,
  • continuous adjustments based on your field feedback,
  • payment aligned with progress and value delivered.

The goal: to ensure every solution we put in place is adopted, useful and high-performing.

04 One obsession: impact

Unlike conventional approaches, often centred on recommendation, OperAi is geared towards production:

  • concrete solutions, connected to your existing tools,
  • operational deployment, beyond the proof of concept,
  • support all the way to real adoption by your teams.
02

Digital sovereignty, a requirement for businesses.

The AI Act comes into force in August 2026, dependence on the large US providers is now treated as a risk, and Europe offers solutions that measure up. Our answer is concrete: AI systems you keep control of, calibrated to your constraints and with nothing sacrificed on performance.

01 Data and confidentiality
  • Enterprise versions, never trained on your data
  • Zero Data Retention
  • European hosting by default
02 Models and performance
  • No single provider locked in
  • Chosen by criticality
  • European sovereign models available
03 Data flows and traceability
  • Every data point traced: where it flows, and why
  • EU architectures, private cloud or on-premise
  • Compatible with SecNumCloud-certified hosts
04 Reversibility and transparency
  • Every component stays replaceable, OperAi included
  • Decisions logged and auditable
  • Clear documentation for your obligations
03

An operational standard, broken down into fundamentals.

Every OperAi engagement rests on these fundamentals, measured at every stage and documented on delivery.

04

Two comparable organisations. One operational difference.

Your teams steer. The AI executes. Same industry, same size, same tools: it all comes down to how the processes are rethought.

05

A few voices among many.

Not a promise from us, but a widely shared observation: AI has become the standard. Here are a few outside voices that say as much, in their own words.

06

The questions we get asked.

Straight answers, drawn from our early conversations with leaders and operations teams. If yours isn't here, we'll cover it together during the assessment.

Why put the audit at the heart of your method?

Because that is exactly where everything is decided. Seven in ten AI projects fail, and rarely because of the technology. The real culprit is a botched initial framing: the wrong use cases, poorly qualified data, misunderstood processes.

Our consulting background taught us one thing: a rigorous audit saves months later. We map the processes, audit the existing data and systems, and identify the highest-impact business levers before any deployment. Without that upfront work, you ship convincing demos that never reach production.

Do we need to rethink our processes before bringing in AI?

That is often where the difference is made between a marginal gain and a step change in performance. Automating an inefficient process just speeds up its flaws: the AI then produces, faster, what you should have stopped producing.

During the audit, every candidate process is first taken apart (redundant steps, duplicates, needless approvals), then simplified, and only then automated. That redesign is what opens the gap between two comparable organisations, far more than the choice of tools.

Concretely, which use cases can predictive AI help my business with?

Predictive AI opens up a much wider field than people imagine. A few concrete examples we deploy:

  • Industrial predictive maintenance: anticipating machine failures from sensor signatures and behavioural drift, to cut unplanned downtime.
  • Anomaly detection: product quality, fraud, security, weak signals in operational flows.
  • Scoring: customers (conversion likelihood, attrition), risk (credit, operational), sales opportunities.
  • Demand forecasting: optimising planning, inventory and resources.

Here too, the audit decides which models to install: we only deploy a predictive model when the existing data justifies it.

My team has no technical AI skills. Is that manageable?

That is the case for almost every company we work with, and it is exactly our job. We handle the configuration, the connection to your existing tools and the orchestration of the automations. Your teams learn to use AI on their own cases, without writing a line of code or any technical prerequisite.

Will AI replace part of our workforce?

No. Our approach is not about substitution. AI absorbs the repetitive, low-value tasks to free up time for analysis, customer relationships, decisions and creativity.

In practice, your teams refocus on high-value work, where they make the difference. It is a way to augment teams, not a headcount-reduction programme.

We already use ChatGPT or Copilot internally. What is your added value?

A general-purpose model, however capable, knows neither your processes nor your data. We configure it for your business, connect it to your tools, and build the automations that run without human intervention, on your data, your processes and your KPIs.

Most organisations use AI at 10% of its potential. Our role is to unlock the remaining 90%, starting from a rigorous framing of the use cases where the lever is real.

How soon can we expect results?

The assessment is delivered quickly. The build phase then begins with a first operational deliverable (connected to your tools, usable by your teams), set to the validation pace you choose. On the most time-consuming processes, the first measurable results appear within the first weeks of use.

What guarantees do we have on data security?

Data hosted in Europe. GDPR by design. We use the enterprise versions of the LLMs, never trained on your data. Zero Data Retention available. On request, we integrate on-premise or European sovereign models.

On method: controlled architectures, strict environment separation, anonymisation and pseudonymisation where required, full documentation of processing.

How do you handle AI errors and bias?

AI proposes, a human approves, on every critical flow. The level of oversight is sized to the business risk identified during the audit. Confidence thresholds are measured, adjustable and reported continuously on the dashboard. No irreversible decision is made without human control.

What size of company do you work with?

From small businesses (around fifteen people and up) to mid-market firms (300+). We work with two types of sponsor:

  • Leaders of SMEs and mid-market firms who want to structure their AI roadmap with a partner who masters both the strategic and operational stakes.
  • Operational leaders (CIO, COO, CHRO, CFO) looking for pragmatic expertise to identify, prioritise and deploy high-impact use cases.

The engagement format adapts to your maturity: a rapid audit, a scoped programme, a long-term engagement, or an outsourced AI Director. We size the budget together during the assessment.

What is your pricing model?

The assessment is free. After that, the price depends on scope: it is set with you once we understand your processes. Our model, natively more efficient than traditional consulting, allows a more accessible rate for an equivalent standard. We work in validation stages, with payment aligned to progress and value delivered.

And if we don't get the expected results?

Our workstreams are framed by business KPIs agreed upfront: it is one of the assessment's deliverables. If we don't hit them, we adjust until we do. You own everything that gets built, and handover is included at the end of the engagement. You don't depend on us to run the solutions.

Convinced? Let's start with an assessment.

Thirty minutes with an AI expert, no commitment. You walk away with a roadmap prioritised by impact, whether or not you continue with us.
